Art Day!

Glue, glitter and paint. This is what my day was filled with. It was my third day and instead of how it normally goes ( calm in the morning, chaos in afternoon), today is was chaos the whole day. When it would get really bad and a kid ran out of the classroom and Mrs. B tracked him down, suddenly all the kids flocked to me crying.

Mrs. B and I thought it would be fun to make a project that can be displayed in the hallway. This is where the glitter comes in. We chose space theme and we got a big roll of paper and I went outside and took 2 students at a time, and we sprayed glue on the paper, threw glitter on it (which went everywhere, every..where). Then we splattered paint on it, to make it look like stars.

Tonight for dinner, I made me favorite pasta with vodka sauce and kale salad. Them Mrs. Brozovich and I went to 'Painting With A Twist'. This is where we copy an instructor on a painting a picture. Then we went to the grocery store to get supplies for our next project!
