Standing outside the kindergarten

Today is my second to last day at CPC, the days have gone by really quick! I sat in on a session with the learning specialist, who focuses on reading. It was interesting to hear how she went through the process of pronouncing words.

Since it is Teacher Appreciation Week, the parents gave the school money for breakfast in the teacher lounge! There was a nice platter of treats. 

In the classroom, I rotate between two classes that are only separated by a wall. In the afternoon, they practice their play and since I can not really help with that, I go to the younger classes and help out there. It is interesting to see how much of a difference one or two years make in a child's development.
